I TOTALLY left my phone at the gym tonight. At least this means that I am forced to go to the gym tomorrow. Early, at that. :)
I’ve been so blah lately. Just from losing my job and being stressed out from school, its been a long week or so. Finally going back to the gym after I could barely walk from the sciatica. I need to get out of this rut
I have, once again, fallen off the bandwagon. I’m starting anew today. I need to stop thinking I can get fast food just because. I’m tired of it.
Not to mention we went to TGI Fridays for V-Day. Bleggh.
I’ve been super busy with school. I have a huge paper due tomorrow and im about a fourth of the way done. Ill post more tomorrow when the chaos is over.

Small Victory
I put my arms to my side this morning and realized they no longer hit my hip fat when they are where I used to set them. So on that note, I measure and lost an inch on my hips.

and omelet for breakfast again. Yum.

I just finished a 3 hour economics test. Also I am about to try the 30 day shred video. Hopefully I won’t kill myself XD
If you are trying to lose weight and cannot run but need to do cardio, then the elliptical is your way to go.
